First four sentences: What are The Lodi Rules for Sustainable Winegrowing? They are California’s first sustainable winegrowing standards that are peer reviewed by scientists, academics and
environmentalists. The Lodi Rules Program is open to all LWWC growers on a voluntary basis and supports LWWC’s goals of improving quality and Lodi’s reputation for quality winegrapes and wine. Growers who chose to participate in the program can get their vineyards certified as producing sustainably-grown winegrapes.
