UC DAVIS: VITICULTURE AND ENOLOGY ON THE ROAD

Description:  The UC Davis Department of Viticulture and Enology presents an educational seminar on March 28 in Lake County. The seminar will provide a look at some of the research going on at UC Davis, and it will provide a way for the UC Davis team to listen to the issues important to grapegrowing and winemaking professionals.

10:20-10:40am:    Introduction of Megan Bartlett, New Faculty member, Assistant Professor, Dept of Viticulture and Enology, UC Davis.
10:40 -11:10am:    Canopy Management, Kaan Kurtural, UC Cooperative Extension Specialist in Viticulture, Dept of Viticulture and Enology, UC Davis.
11:10 -11:40am:  Trunk Diseases, Kendra Baumgartner, Research Plant Pathologist, USDA-ARS, Adjunct Professor, Dept of Plant Pathology, UC Davis.
