Description: Our group meets monthly to discuss current vineyard pests and their management. The goal is to create a strong local network for communicating the best IPM strategies and for support in solving viticultural anomalies. Canopy management plays a crucial role in not only winegrape quality but also in pest and disease management. Dr. Tanner, our future Northern San Joaquin Viticulture Farm Advisor, will share the results of a recent canopy architecture project. This is a fantastic opportunity to interact with Dr. Tanner before he officially joins us on January 3, 2023!
